- 5. Create realistic goals, work the goals, visit them frequently and track your progress.
- 6. Keep your resume updated.
- 7. Pay yourself first - start the year out on a positive note and save some money. Having the funds automatically drafted from your account is the best way to handle this task.

When you go to these sites, click on the job section and look under faculty positions.
Do not get discouraged if the job title does not say online faculty. To ensure that you cover all bases, you must click on all interested positions, as the job description may say that the school is looking for an online faculty member. In most cases, you do not need to have any online teaching experience, as if you are selected you will be required to complete a non-paid training session before you are assigned a class.
After you submit your resume, ensure that you follow-up, as there are thousands of other people applying for the same job. If you do not hear from the school in 3 weeks, send them another resume or give them a call.
Persistence is the key, when going through this process
